REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We only accept these cases we have flaws as size, color, style. Please see more in the Important Information section.
Return Policy: Our policy lasts 30 days
- Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
- We do provide a return label. For use of this label, we’ll deduct from the credit you’ll be receiving to cover return shipping costs or return shipping fees and related charges for will be paid by you.
- Please send us the tracking code of the return package as soon as you get it, we will track the package.
- It can take up to 10 business days or longer for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-10 business days or longer to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
- We only accept these cases we have flaws.
- Please contact us to be resolved. We don’t accept the reason that you don’t like it, and so on.

Order Cancellation Reasons:
- We will be unable to fulfill your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:
- Out of Stock: The item(s) you purchased is no longer available when we go to ship your order.
- Order Verification: We are unable to verify your billing/payment information.
- You can also take the initiative to cancel orders. We will accept the case emailing us cancel your order within 6 hours from the time you complete the ordering and payment on the website.
If it does not meet this condition, please do not claim to cancel orders. Orders are unable to be canceled or changed once they are in processing status.
When we are unable to process an order, we will automatically cancel and refund your item. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of this change. Once the refund is processed it can take up to 2-10 business days or longer for this to reflect on your account statement. It depends on the payment method you use.
- If items are returned after our 30 days return policy, we will not be able to accept your return.
- Processing time for an order usually takes 1 – 4 business days.
- Sometimes there will be confusion about shipping information, you can change that by emailing us. We only accept adjustments within 6 hours from the time you place an order & complete payment on the website.
- Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item with THE EXCHANGE LABEL FROM US to 2910 B St, Rosamond, CA 93560, United States.
- For the Color: The actual item’s color may be slightly different from the picture shown due to the device monitors are not calibrated same or the lighting when the picture was taken. So we cannot support this case. Thanks for your kindly understanding.
- Rarely there will be a slight difference in details of the products in permission – Image for illustrative purposes only. Please contact us if you have questions.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- To return your product, you should mail us to get a RETURN LABEL.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
